The AudioCodes Mediant 800B is an enterprise session border controller built for service providers and large businesses securing VoIP and SIP trunking. It delivers carrier-grade interoperability with 6 active/standby pairs of FE/GE interfaces for resilient WAN and LAN connectivity. The platform supports TDM gateway functions including FXO, E1, T1 and BRI interfaces compliant with global telecom standards. A single AC power supply is included for standard rack deployment.

Upgrade from basic gateway

This unit replaces standalone media gateways or smaller SBCs that lack high-availability pairing or comprehensive TDM support.
