The Ashcroft 451279 is a process pressure gauge built for industrial and test environments. It measures pressure from zero to 600 psi with a stated accuracy of plus or minus 0.5 percent. The 4 1/2 inch white dial sits behind a glass lens inside a black phenolic case. Stainless steel wetted parts suit corrosive media.

1/2 NPT bottom connection fits panel or pipe work

A male 1/2 inch NPT process connection at the bottom mounts directly into threaded ports without extra adapters. The dry case uses the PLUS Performance dampening feature to resist vibration without liquid fill. Because the gauge is not field fillable, the dry system stays sealed and maintenance free. Phenolic case material handles harsh ambient conditions.

0.5 percent accuracy holds across the 600 psi span

The half percent full scale accuracy covers the entire 0 to 600 psi range for reliable readings. Dry dampening controls pointer flutter on pulsating lines up to the rated limit. Beyond 600 psi the gauge cannot register pressure and the movement may be damaged. The unit carries no IP or NEMA rating so it is not suited for wash down or submerged service.
