The Aputure Light Storm 600c Pro II is a 600W RGBWW LED fixture built for professional filmmakers and videographers who need high-output, colour-accurate illumination on set. Its redesigned COB delivers 21610 lux at 1m at 5600K, a 35 percent increase over the previous generation, while HyperSync technology provides flicker-free operation and stepless 0.1 to 100 percent brightness control for precise exposure matching.

V-Mount Power Integration

This model is compatible with V-Mount battery systems, allowing cable-free operation in remote locations or on moving rigs where mains power is unavailable. The fixture accepts standard Bowens-mount modifiers, so existing softboxes, reflectors and fresnels can be used without new adapters. Removing the need for wall power frees up circuit capacity and reduces cable runs on busy sound stages.

Output Capacity and Limits

With the new hyper reflector the unit reaches 91500 lux at 1m, an 82 percent improvement over the original hyper reflector, giving strong punch for daylight-balanced key lighting or high-speed frame rates. The 600W draw defines the upper boundary; scenes requiring significantly higher lux levels at distance will need additional fixtures or larger HMI sources. Colour mixing across the full RGBWW gamut covers most creative looks, but extremely saturated deep colours will reduce total output.
