Bissell and Oreck compatible brush roller

This brush roller assembly replaces part numbers 19-3439-04, B-203-2305 and STR30002 for Bissell and Oreck vacuum cleaners. It fits 21 Bissell models including 3950, 3910, 3576 and 6591 series units. It also fits five Oreck models such as PR3000, PR3200 and S5327. The part is sold individually as a new replacement component.

Direct replacement installs without tools

The assembly slides into the vacuum nozzle housing after removing the bottom plate or cover. No screws or special tools are required for most listed models. Misalignment can occur if the end caps are not fully seated in their slots. Debris wrapped around the old roller should be cleared before fitting the new unit to prevent premature wear.

Maintains agitation performance over extended

The brush roll sustains consistent bristle contact with carpet fibres during prolonged use. Bearings are designed for continuous rotation without overheating under normal household loads. Performance does not degrade in short bursts compared to longer runs. Regular hair removal from the brush extends bearing life and keeps suction efficiency stable.
