The Wireless Charging Case replaces the standard case for any generation of AirPods and adds Qi wireless charging while keeping the Lightning port for wired top-ups. It is a direct swap for owners who want cable-free charging without replacing the earbuds themselves. Buyers whose earbuds use a different proprietary case will not be able to use this accessory.

Build, connectors and daily use

The white polycarbonate shell matches Apple’s original finish and snaps shut with the same magnetic alignment as the factory case. A Lightning port on the bottom provides a fallback when a Qi mat is not available, so you can still charge from any Lightning cable or power adapter you already carry. No additional buttons or indicators are added; the status light remains on the front to show charge state at a glance.

Thermals, noise and power draw
