Safety Valve for Compressed Air and Gas Systems

The Apollo 511DDDKMAA0150 is a bronze POP safety relief valve built for air and gas compressors, dryers, pressure vessels and piping systems. It opens automatically at a factory-set 150 psi to protect equipment from over-pressure. The 3/4 inch MNPT inlet and FNPT outlet match standard plumbing connections. It is rated to ASME Section VIII UV, CSA CRN and NB standards.

Bronze Body with Stainless Internals for Harsh Media

The valve body uses bronze while the disc and spring are 316 stainless steel, giving corrosion resistance across a wide temperature range of -320 to 406 degrees Fahrenheit. Metal-to-metal seating handles dirty or dry gas streams without a soft seal. The 7 1/2 inch overall height fits typical compressor manifolds and vessel nozzles. No test lever is fitted, so manual cycling is not possible.

Consistent Relief Across Extended Pressure Range

The valve is adjustable from 15 to 300 psi, allowing the same model to cover low-pressure dryers and high-pressure vessels. Spring-loaded operation re-seats positively after each discharge cycle without chatter. Stainless internals maintain set-point accuracy over repeated thermal cycling.
