Polymeric sand for joints up to 2 inches

Alliance Gator Maxx Bond is a calibrated mixture of polymer binders and sand designed to lock concrete paver joints up to two inches wide. It suits residential and commercial projects such as pool decks, patios, footpaths, driveways and parking areas. The slate gray colour matches a range of stone and wetcast surfaces. Installers activate the binders with water to create a firm yet flexible joint.

Works in drainage and non-drainage builds above

The sand meets ASTM C144 gradation so it fills even the tightest joints without additional fillers. It is rated for use above 32 °F and can be applied in both drainage and non-drainage base preparations. Rain safety is reached one hour after water activation, allowing work to continue in changeable weather. The product is also compatible with Gator Base systems.

Waterproof bag enables outdoor storage

Each 50 lb bag is waterproof and can be laid flat outdoors on intact pallets without degradation. This packaging removes the need for covered storage space on site. The formulation complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 for crystalline silica exposure limits. Advanced Haze Free Technology reduces surface residue during installation.
