Versatile analog and digital connectivity

One input and two independently configurable outputs handle 10-bit or 8-bit uncompressed video across HD and SD formats. The card provides 12-bit analog component HD I/O alongside composite, S-video and component connections. Audio paths include 2-channel AES digital, 8-channel SDI embedded and 2-channel balanced analog I/O. A 9-pin RS-422 connector enables machine control while Genlock input and three configurable BNCs complete the interface.

Hardware conversion with standard PCI power

Integrated AJA hardware conversion offloads processing from the host system during capture and playback. The card draws power from the PCI slot and operates within typical workstation thermal limits. No external power brick or supplementary cooling is required for normal operation. Fan noise stays consistent with a standard desktop environment.
