Universal 12 V LED light bars

Installation limits of the 12 V DC interface

Each bar must receive exactly 12 V DC; voltage above 12 V will burn out the LEDs, so the supply must be verified before connection. Red wires are positive and black wires negative; reversing polarity or exceeding the rated voltage voids safe operation. The bars can be linked in series to extend run length, but total current draw rises with every added unit, so the source and wiring must handle the combined load.
