General-Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These thermal transfer labels suit warehouses, shipping desks and light-industrial lines that need a permanent acrylic adhesive. Each roll holds 450 perforated labels and a carton contains four rolls for 1800 labels total. The 40# basis-weight paper works with standard desktop and industrial thermal-transfer printers. Buyers who need direct-thermal media or a different adhesive chemistry should look elsewhere.

Perforation and Core Constraints

Labels are horizontally perforated every 6-1/8 inches so they tear cleanly without a cutter. Rolls have a 5-inch outer diameter and a 1-inch core, limiting use to printers that accept those dimensions. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact but is not rated for direct food labelling. Operations requiring linerless rolls or larger core sizes cannot use this product.

Temperature-Range Adhesive Performance

The emulsion acrylic adhesive has a minimum application temperature of 30degF and a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This makes the labels reliable in cold-storage and high-heat environments where standard adhesives fail. Facilities that operate outside this window or need a removable adhesive will find the specification unsuitable.
