Each carton contains four rolls of perforated thermal-transfer labels, delivering a total of 9200 labels for high-volume printing tasks. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact and maintains reliable tack from -65degF to 200degF. Labels are supplied on a 1-inch core with a 5-inch outer diameter for compatibility with standard desktop and industrial printers.

Operations that need consistent adhesion at low temperatures and clean separation between labels will benefit from the horizontal perforation every 1-1/8 inch. Buyers who require direct-thermal media, waterproof face stock or a different core size should look at alternative products.

Sustained printing performance

The 40# basis weight stock feeds reliably through extended print runs without curling or jamming. Adhesive performance remains stable across the full -54degC to 93degC service range, so labels applied in cold storage stay secure during long-term exposure. Minimum application temperature is 30degF, ensuring proper bonding even in chilled environments.
