General-use thermal transfer labels

These perforated paper labels are supplied on four rolls per carton, each roll containing 900 labels for a total of 3600 labels per box. They are designed for general-purpose printing tasks using thermal transfer printers. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact. A minimum application temperature of 30degF ensures reliable bonding in cool environments.

Carton quantity and roll format for high-volume

Each carton delivers 3600 labels across four rolls, reducing the frequency of roll changes during extended print runs. The 3-inch core diameter fits standard thermal transfer printer spindles. Horizontal perforations spaced every 6-5/8 inches allow easy separation of individual labels. The 40# basis weight paper stock feeds cleanly through typical desktop and industrial printers without special adjustments.

Adhesive performance across a wide temperature range

The adhesive maintains tack and adhesion from -65degF up to 200degF, covering freezer storage through to warm shipping conditions. Service temperatures as low as -54degC and as high as 93degC are supported without loss of bond strength. This broad range suits cold-chain logistics, refrigerated product labelling and general warehouse use. The labels are not suited for applications requiring removable or repositionable adhesive.
