These thermal transfer labels are supplied on four rolls per carton with nine hundred labels on each roll. The perforated construction separates each label cleanly for dispensing or hand application. Removable adhesive allows repositioning without leaving residue on most surfaces. The product is shipped new and ready for immediate use in compatible printers.

Sustained printing performance

The removable adhesive is rated for a service temperature range from minus sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit to two hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Minimum application temperature is thirty degrees Fahrenheit so the bond forms reliably in cool environments. Forty pound basis weight paper resists tearing during long print runs without curling. Perforations hold together on the roll but separate cleanly when labels are pulled.

Thermal transfer interface limits

Direct thermal printing is not supported because the face stock requires a ribbon for image formation. The three inch core and eight inch outer diameter fit standard industrial desktop printers with matching spindles. Horizontal perforations every six and five eighths inches set a fixed label length that cannot be changed in software. Adhesive performance outside the stated temperature range is not guaranteed.
