General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These Abbott Label thermal transfer labels come in cartons of four rolls, each roll containing 3600 labels for a total of 14400 labels. They use a 40# basis weight paper stock and are perforated between labels for easy separation. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Roll Specifications and Adhesive Performance

Each roll features an 8" outer diameter and a 3" core, designed for standard thermal transfer printers. The adhesive provides a minimum application temperature of 30degF and a service range from -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). A horizontal perforation occurs every 1-5/8 inches, ensuring reliable feeding and clean label separation during high-speed printing.
