Direct thermal labels for industrial printers

These 4" x 6" white labels use a Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock with a high-sensitivity coating that prints without ribbons or toner. The smooth, non-topcoated paper is designed for dry environments and works with a wide range of direct thermal printers commonly found in industrial settings. Each roll holds 250 labels and four rolls ship in a single carton for 1000 labels total.

Permanent acrylic adhesive meets FDA 175.105

The general-purpose emulsion acrylic adhesive provides excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastic surfaces. It complies with FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact, making the labels suitable for food-packaging workflows. Exposure to water, oil, alcohol or other liquids can affect the thermal layer, so the labels are not intended for wet or contaminated environments.

Perforated rolls simplify dispensing

Each label is perforated for clean separation during high-volume printing and application. The 250-label roll size fits standard industrial printer spindles and the four-roll carton keeps production lines supplied without frequent changeovers. No ribbons, ink cartridges or software are included — only the direct thermal label stock itself.
