Direct Thermal Labels for Industrial Printers

These blue direct-thermal labels measure four by six inches and come on rolls of one thousand. Four rolls per carton deliver four thousand labels for high-volume shipping, logistics and inventory workflows. The Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock is a smooth, non-topcoated bright white paper with a high-sensitivity coating designed for dry environments.

Perforated Rolls and Permanent Acrylic Adhesive

Each label is perforated for clean separation and uses a general-purpose permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive. The adhesive provides excellent bonding to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastic surfaces. It meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact, making the labels suitable for packaging that may touch food packaging.

Replaces Handwritten or Lower-Sensitivity Labels

The jump is worth it when operations need faster print speeds and consistent scan rates on standard direct-thermal printers. It is not for buyers who need resistance to water, oil, alcohol or other liquids that can degrade the thermal coating. Those environments require a topcoated or thermal-transfer solution instead.
