General-use thermal transfer labels

These perforated paper labels arrive on four rolls with 1900 labels each, totalling 7600 per carton. The 40# basis-weight stock carries a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive rated for indirect food contact under FDA CFR 175.105. Each label is separated by a horizontal perforation at 3-1/8 inch intervals. The rolls use a 3 inch core and 8 inch outer diameter.

Perforation and adhesive benefits

The perf between labels lets operators tear individual tags cleanly without knives or scissors. The acrylic adhesive reaches strong initial tack at a minimum application temperature of 30degF and remains reliable across a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This low-temperature performance suits cold-storage and freezer environments where standard adhesives lose grip.

Roll-fed printer compatibility

The 3 inch core fits most desktop and industrial thermal transfer printers that accept an 8 inch outer diameter roll. No software or driver installation is required beyond selecting the correct label size in the print application. Misfeeds typically occur when the printer’s media sensor is not recalibrated for the perforated gap or when the ribbon width does not match the 5 inch label width. Buyers needing fan-fold or sheet-fed formats cannot use these rolls.
