Direct thermal label stock

These white direct-thermal labels measure four by six inches and come on rolls of one thousand labels each. A carton contains four rolls for a total of four thousand labels. The facestock is Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD, a smooth non-topcoated paper with a high-sensitivity thermal coating. They are intended for dry indoor environments and work with a wide range of industrial direct-thermal printers.

Build integration and supply flow

The non-perforated format feeds continuously through compatible printers without needing to separate individual labels during printing. Each roll delivers one thousand impressions before a changeover, reducing downtime on high-volume lines. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive bonds strongly to corrugated cardboard and adheres well to plastic surfaces. Because the thermal layer is sensitive to moisture, oils and alcohol, the labels should be stored and used in clean dry conditions.

Regulatory and handling notes

The adhesive formulation meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact, allowing use on secondary packaging that may touch food. No topcoat is present, so printed images can darken or degrade if exposed to heat, sunlight or chemical contaminants. Rolls are supplied four to a carton with no additional software, ribbons or applicators included. Buyers needing perforated labels, colour printing or outdoor durability should select a different product.
