These 4-inch by 6-inch paper labels ship as two rolls per carton, each roll containing 2800 labels for a total of 5600 labels per box. They are designed for general-purpose printing and are specifically noted for use in automotive applications. The non-perforated format provides a continuous surface suited to high-speed converting equipment. A permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive gives strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion.

Adhesive Performance Range

The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact. It maintains performance across a wide service temperature range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC), making it reliable in cold storage or warm environments. The minimum application temperature is 30degF, so the labels can be applied in cool conditions without losing bond strength. This thermal stability supports consistent adhesion during normal daily use.

Construction and Sustained Operation

Each roll uses a 12-inch outer diameter with a 3-inch core and features a 40# basis weight paper face stock. The non-perforated design allows for uninterrupted, high-speed print runs without the risk of premature separation. The permanent acrylic adhesive is formulated to resist cold flow and ooze during extended printer dwell times, preserving label alignment and print quality across large batches.
