These white direct thermal labels measure four inches by five inches and arrive on rolls of 565 labels each, with four rolls per carton for a total of 2260 labels. The Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock is a smooth, non-topcoated bright white paper with a high-sensitivity thermal coating. They are built for dry environments and work with a wide variety of industrial direct thermal printers. Buyers who need moisture-resistant or topcoated media will need a different product.

Sustained Use in Dry Conditions

The high-sensitivity coating produces consistent prints during long print runs without ribbons or ink. Because the facestock is non-topcoated, exposure to water, oil, alcohol or other liquids can damage the thermal layer and degrade readability over time. The general-purpose permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive maintains strong bonds to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastics throughout extended storage. This product is not suited for wet, oily or outdoor applications where the thermal surface would be contaminated.

Simple Roll Loading and Food-Safe Adhesive

Each roll loads directly into compatible industrial direct thermal printers with no liner changes or special tools required. The perforated design allows clean separation of individual labels during dispensing. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact, supporting compliance in packaging workflows. Users must ensure their printer accepts four-inch wide rolls and direct thermal media, as thermal-transfer-only machines will not work with these labels.
