These general-use paper labels are designed for thermal transfer printing in office and industrial settings. Each roll contains 2500 non-perforated labels and a carton holds four rolls for a total of 10000 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Thermal transfer printing constraints

Thermal transfer printing requires a compatible ribbon that is not included with these labels. The 40# basis weight paper stock works with standard desktop and industrial thermal transfer printers using a 3" core and 8" outer diameter roll format. Print quality and durability depend on matching the ribbon formulation to the application environment.

Adhesive temperature range decides suitability

The adhesive offers a minimum application temperature of 30degF and a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This wide range suits cold-storage and high-heat environments but labels will not adhere reliably if applied below the minimum temperature.
