General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These Abbott Label rolls supply 3" x 3" perforated labels for thermal transfer printers. Each roll contains 1900 labels and six rolls ship in a single carton for a total of 11400 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact. They suit general-purpose labelling tasks in shipping, inventory and compliance workflows.

Sustained High-Volume Printing

The 8" outer diameter and 3" core fit industrial desktop and mid-range printers for long, uninterrupted runs. Perforation every 3-1/8" allows clean tear-off without jamming during continuous output. The adhesive maintains tack from a minimum application temperature of 30degF through a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). The 40# basis weight stock feeds reliably through extended print sessions.

Upgrade From Smaller Rolls or Direct Thermal Stock

Operations switching from lower-count rolls gain fewer changeovers and less downtime on high-volume lines. Users moving from direct thermal media gain image durability against heat, abrasion and UV exposure. The food-contact compliant adhesive suits cold-storage labelling where standard adhesives fail. Not suited for colour printing, RFID embedding or applications requiring synthetic face stocks.
