General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These Abbott Label thermal transfer labels measure 3-1/2" by 1" and are supplied on perforated rolls. Each roll contains 1310 labels and a carton holds 4 rolls, providing 5240 labels in total. The labels use a 40# basis weight paper and feature a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive.

Suited for high-volume printing

The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact and performs well at lower temperatures with a minimum application temperature of 30degF. It maintains adhesion across a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). Operations needing a different label size, adhesive chemistry, or direct thermal printing should consider other options.

Compatible with thermal transfer printers using 1"

Rolls have a 4" outer diameter and a 1" core, fitting standard thermal transfer printers that accept these dimensions. Horizontal perforations every 1-1/8" allow easy separation of individual labels after printing. The general purpose adhesive works on a variety of substrates without requiring specialised surface preparation.
