Perforation And Adhesive Constraints

Horizontal perforations occur every 1-1/8 inches, fixing the label length for each application. Minimum application temperature is 30°F, while the recommended service range spans -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C). The 40# basis weight paper stock dictates print durability and feed behaviour. Rolls use an 8-inch outer diameter and 3-inch core that must match printer specifications.

Replacing Smaller-Count Label Stock

This carton replaces multiple smaller rolls when high-volume labelling justifies the larger roll count and core size. The jump is worth it for operations that run continuous batches and need the adhesive performance at lower temperatures.
