This is a fanfold stack of 500 direct thermal shipping labels measuring 4 inch by 6 inch with a perforated line between each label. The white paper stock uses a thicker backing for smoother feeding through compatible direct thermal printers. It suits warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that print high volumes of address or barcode labels without ink or toner.

Sustained printing behaviour

The thicker backing paper reduces curling and misfeeds during long print runs, keeping output consistent across the full 500 label stack. Direct thermal material darkens only where heat is applied, so there is no ribbon to replace and no smudging from ink. Labels adhere strongly to corrugated boxes and envelopes, but the thermal coating degrades if stored in heat, humidity or direct light, so unused labels must be resealed in a dry, dark container.

Installation and common issues

The fanfold format feeds from the rear or bottom of supported printers including Zebra, Brother, Fargo, Sato and many others, eliminating sheet waste and most paper jams. Printers must run an automatic label detection routine before the first print job, otherwise the first labels may misalign or print blank. The stack is not compatible with Dymo printers, standard Brother desktop models, or any laser, inkjet or copier device.
