3M VHB 5925 is a very high bond acrylic foam tape supplied in a dark gray roll. It measures 25.0 mil thick and comes in a 1 inch by 5 yard format. The tape is designed for permanent bonding, sealing and attaching applications where high strength and durability are required. It replaces mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws and welds in many assemblies.

Thermal stability and power requirements

The acrylic foam construction maintains its bond across a broad temperature range without softening or becoming brittle in normal ambient conditions.
