Wire Marker Refill Kit

This pack contains ten self-adhesive polyester film markers preprinted in ten distinct colours. The acrylic adhesive bonds to wires ranging from 6/0 to 24 AWG and withstands temperatures from -40 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Each label measures 0.22 inches wide by 0.003 inches high and fits the standard STD dispenser. Electricians and installers use the colour range for quick circuit identification.

Integration with Dispenser and Wiring

The refill spools load directly into the STD dispenser so technicians can pull and apply markers without stopping work. Self-adhesive backing removes the need for separate tape or heat-shrink tubing, freeing bench space and reducing tool count. The thin 0.003-inch profile adds negligible bulk to crowded harnesses and conduit pulls. No additional mounting hardware is required.

Capacity and Environmental Limits

Ten rolls supply enough markers for typical residential or light commercial jobs before a reorder is needed. The acrylic adhesive holds reliably across the full -40 to 250 degree Fahrenheit range, but performance beyond those limits is not characterised. The 0.22-inch width suits standard wire diameters up to 24 AWG; larger conductors or high-vibration environments may need a different attachment method.
