3M FP301 Thin-Wall Heat Shrink

This 3M FP301 tubing is a clear, thin-wall polyolefin sleeve with a 2-to-1 shrink ratio. It arrives in twenty-five individual pieces, each forty-eight inches long. The material is flame-retardant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and solvent-resistant. It suits electrical insulation, strain relief and wire identification tasks.

Build Integration — 28 AWG to 26 AWG Wire

The tubing fits wire sizes from twenty-eight AWG to twenty-six AWG with an inner diameter of zero-point-zero-six inches before shrinking. After heating to at least two-hundred-twelve degrees Fahrenheit it recovers to zero-point-zero-three inches with a wall thickness of zero-point-zero-two inches. The six-hundred-volt dielectric strength covers low-voltage signal and control circuits. No adhesive lining means it slides off for rework if needed.
