3M 410M Double-Sided Paper Tape

This 3M 410M tape is a 6 mil double-coated paper product designed for general bonding tasks. It uses rubber adhesive 850 on both sides of the carrier to join a wide variety of materials. The roll measures 1 inch wide by 36 yards long and comes in an off-white colour. A 3.0 mil 54# densified Kraft green plaid liner protects the adhesive until use.

Sustained adhesion and carrier stability

The rubber adhesive 850 provides high initial tack that builds into reliable holding power over time. The paper carrier receives special treatment to increase internal strength, which helps it resist splitting when stressed continuously. This construction also improves clean removability from high-strength surfaces after the bond has been under load. The combination suits applications where the joint must stay secure for extended periods.

Thermal and environmental behaviour

The rubber-based adhesive system maintains its bonding characteristics across typical indoor temperature ranges. No carrier distortion or adhesive bleed occurs during normal handling and storage conditions. The densified Kraft liner remains stable, allowing smooth unwind and consistent die-cutting performance without excessive force. Power draw and noise are not applicable to this passive adhesive product.
