Battery life and monitoring limits

A lithium cell delivers about seven to eight days of working time and roughly fifteen days on standby, so weekly charging fits most routines. Heart-rate, sleep and more than thirty-eight language options are supported, but the device has no built-in GPS and relies on the paired phone for location data. Users needing swim-proof depth ratings beyond IP67 or onboard music storage should look elsewhere.

Wrist gestures and remote camera control

Turning the wrist toward you wakes the display automatically, and a tap on the screen triggers the phone’s camera shutter for group shots or selfies. The ABS resin case and TPU strap weigh about twenty-three grams and measure twenty-five point five by one point eight by one centimetres. Anti-lost alerts and sedentary reminders complete the bundled feature set.
