Zoro Select 11" x 9" Sanding Sheets

Zoro Select sanding sheets come in an 11-inch by 9-inch format with P100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive on a B-weight paper backing. Each pack contains one hundred red sheets suited for fine surface preparation. The sheets are new and ready for hand or orbital sanding tasks.

Ideal for fine wood finishing and paint prep

These sheets suit woodworkers, painters and DIYers who need consistent fine grit for smoothing between coats or final finish sanding. They are not intended for heavy stock removal, coarse shaping or wet sanding applications where a different backing or grit range is required.

One hundred sheets provide extended project headroom

The P100 grade comfortably handles final smoothing of wood, primer and previously painted surfaces. It runs out when aggressive material removal is needed or when a finer grit is required for polished finishes.

Questions about this item

What sanding block or sander fits the 11 x 9 inch sheets?

Any hand block or orbital sander that accepts 11-inch by 9-inch cut sheets will hold these; the paper backing and B-weight flexibility conform to flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Will the aluminum oxide grit load quickly on old varnish or softwood?

The open-coat P100 aluminum oxide resists loading on resinous woods and aged finishes, letting the sharp grains cut longer before clogging.

How can I confirm the grit is consistent across all 100 sheets?

Each sheet is marked with the red P100 grade colour code; a quick visual check and a test stroke on scrap material will verify uniform cut.
