The Zoro Select BULK-PF-481 is a Class 125 flat blind flange made from 6063 aluminum alloy. It terminates a 2-inch nominal pipe size run with a 6-inch outside diameter and four bolt holes on a 4 3/4-inch bolt circle. This fitting suits plumbing systems that require a permanent or removable end cap on flanged piping.

Replaces open pipe ends or damaged flanges

Install this blind flange when a line must be sealed for pressure testing, future expansion or permanent closure. The jump from a threaded cap is worth it when the system uses flanged connections rated for 125 psi at 72 degrees F or 185 psi maximum steam pressure. It fits Schedule 40 pipe flanges with 3/4-inch bolt holes.

Limited to Class 125 pressure ratings

The aluminum construction and Class 125 rating restrict use to non-critical water, air or steam lines operating between 0 and 270 degrees F. It is not suited for high-pressure hydraulic circuits, aggressive chemicals or temperatures above the stated maximum. The four-bolt pattern also limits compatibility to matching Class 125 companion flanges.
