Shaft Platen Roller for Verifone POS

This new shaft platen roller is designed for Verifone VX510 and VX520 point-of-sale devices. It replaces the worn rubber roller that feeds paper through the printer mechanism. The part restores reliable paper transport for receipt printing in retail and hospitality environments.

Compatibility Decides Fit

The roller fits only the Verifone VX510 and VX520 models listed in the specifications. It will not work with other Verifone terminals or printers from different manufacturers. Buyers must confirm their exact device model before ordering to ensure the part matches the printer assembly.

Questions about this item

How does the shaft platen roller affect print quality once installed in a Verifone VX510 or VX520?

The roller feeds paper evenly across the printhead so receipts come out clear and smudge-free on Verifone VX510 and VX520 terminals.

What connection standard does this roller use and what does it limit?

It mounts directly on the printer shaft without cables or protocols, so the only limit is mechanical fit on Verifone VX510 and VX520 models.
