Fuser pressure roll assembly for Xerox 4110, 4112, 4127, 4590, 4595, D95, D110, D125 and D136 printers
This pressure roll assembly carries part number 59K37001 and fits the 4110, 4112, 4127, 4590, 4595, D95, D110, D125 and D136 printers. It is a new, original component designed for the fuser unit in those machines. Offices running high monthly page counts on the listed devices will find it the correct replacement.
Installation requires opening the fuser compartment, releasing the old roll and seating the new one; no special tools are mentioned in the service documentation. The main risk is ordering it for a model outside the supported range, which will cause a mechanical mismatch and prevent the fuser from closing. Buyers needing a complete fuser module or a different consumable such as a toner cartridge will not be served by this part alone.

After installation, run a test print and check for even toner adhesion across the page without wrinkles, smudges or cold spots on the output.
The box contains only the pressure roll assembly; the fuser roller is a separate part and must be purchased on its own if it also needs replacement.
