The desktop form factor runs silently without fans, making it suitable for open workspaces or quiet home offices. Power draw remains modest for continuous operation at the network edge. Under full unified threat management inspection, throughput reaches 216 Mbps, while HTTPS inspection with IPS runs at 403 Mbps and IMIX firewall traffic at 900 Mbps. VPN throughput on IMIX traffic is rated at 300 Mbps for encrypted tunnels.
