High-Strength Threadlocker for Permanent Fastening

Vibra-TITE VC-4 is a red anaerobic adhesive designed to lock and seal threaded assemblies that must remain secure under heavy vibration or shock. The 30 mL bottle supplies enough fluid for multiple maintenance or assembly tasks in automotive, industrial or marine environments. It cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces to form a high-strength bond.

Anaerobic Formula Fits Standard Threaded Joints

The liquid penetrates thread gaps without requiring primers on most clean, fast-acting metals, filling the voids that allow loosening. Once cured it resists leakage of fluids and gases, freeing the builder from lock washers, nylon inserts or double-nutting. Disassembly requires localized heat and hand tools, so the joint stays intact during normal service.

Replaces Mechanical Locking on Critical Bolts

The compound upgrades from split washers, tab washers or prevailing-torque nuts where vibration eventually overcomes friction. The jump is worth it when a joint sees constant cyclic loading, thermal cycling or exposure to oils and coolants that degrade mechanical locks. It is not for adjustable or frequently serviced connections that need hand-tool removal without heat.
