Bottom-Mount Cover Lift

This manual lift installs at the bottom on one side of a rectangular hot tub and helps you flip, fold and store the cover without taking up interior space. It is designed for home and spa use where side or under-counter obstructions make other mounting styles impractical. The frame uses 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with a black powder coating for strength and corrosion resistance. The unit weighs 12.3 lbs and ships with all brackets, straps, screws, bits and a towel hook.

Suitable Rectangular Tubs

The lift fits tubs measuring 74.8 to 102.4 inches long, 53 to 92.5 inches wide and 31.5 to 41.3 inches high, making it appropriate for many standard residential spas. It is not intended for large tubs that exceed these dimensions or for round, oval or custom-shaped vessels. Buyers with limited bottom clearance or non-rectangular footprints should look at alternative mounting solutions. Installation requires drilling into the tub skirt or deck using the supplied hardware.

Capacity and Headroom

The adjustable-width frame spans 53 to 92.5 inches and the vertical posts adjust from 31.5 to 41.3 inches, giving enough headroom to pivot most standard vinyl covers clear of the water. The aluminium structure supports the cover weight during the flip-and-fold motion but is not rated for additional loads such as sitting or standing on the stored cover. Exceeding the maximum width or height range will prevent proper engagement of the locking elbows and straps.
