20 Gallon Sand Blaster for Surface Work

This 20 gallon abrasive blasting tank handles large-area surface treatment on iron frames, statues, car paint and marble engravings. It operates at 60-110 PSI with an air consumption of 6-25 CFM. The unit requires a separate 5.5 KW air compressor to function. It is built for efficient rust, stain and paint removal in workshop or restoration settings.

Die-Cast Gun and Oil-Water Separator

The sandblaster includes an upgraded die-cast aluminium alloy gun that is lighter and more durable than traditional brass valve designs. It offers quick opening and closing to conserve media. A built-in oil-water separator with pressure gauge removes moisture from compressed air, preventing wet media from clogging the valve. Four ceramic nozzles at 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm are supplied, with the 3.5 mm nozzle pre-installed.

Compressor, Abrasive and Mobility Checks

Verify you have access to a 5.5 KW air compressor capable of delivering the required CFM range before ordering. The tank accepts 60-100 grit abrasives such as silica sand, aloxite or glass beads, with a suggested fill capacity of 8.7 gallons. The unit weighs 39.9 lbs and rolls on 5.9 inch wheels, so confirm floor space and manoeuvring room for the 29.5 x 15.6 x 32.9 inch footprint.
