The Value Brand 2RZH2 caster wheel supports a 1200 lb load rating and suits wheelbarrows, carts and other yard equipment. Its glass-filled nylon tread is hard at 80 Shore D and non-marking on finished surfaces.

Build Integration

A 6 in diameter and 2 in width fit standard axle brackets, while the 2 3/16 in hub length and 1/2 in axle bore simplify installation. The plastic core keeps the assembly light and the roller bearing allows smooth rotation under heavy loads.

Thermals Noise Power

Nylon construction resists flat-spotting and does not generate heat or noise during normal rolling use. No lubrication schedule is required and the non-marking tread protects floors without extra maintenance.

Questions about this item

Will the 1200 lb load rating hold up during continuous daily use on rough ground?

The wheel is rated for 1200 lb and falls in the 1000 to 2999 lb range, so sustained loads at or below that limit are within specification.

Does the glass-filled nylon tread stay cool and quiet when the cart runs all day on concrete?

The hard 80 Shore D nylon tread resists heat buildup and rolls quietly on hard surfaces without marking floors.

Do I need a 1/2 in axle and a 2 3/16 in hub-length spacer to mount this wheel?

Yes, the wheel bore fits a 1/2 in axle and the hub length is 2 3/16 in, so the axle and any spacer must match those dimensions.
