Simple Wall Mount With PoE

Installation uses a standard wall-mount bracket and a single Ethernet cable carrying both data and power. The GbE uplink connects to the network core while the four GbE ports serve wired clients; one of those ports can power a secondary PoE device. Common issues arise when the upstream switch cannot supply PoE+ or when the single uplink creates a bandwidth bottleneck for heavy wired loads.
