With a pitch diameter of 5.101 inch and an outside diameter of 5.38 inch, the assembly fits inside existing chain guards designed for 40-series chain without altering centre distances. The supplied set screws secure the hub to the keyed shaft, freeing the builder from sourcing separate locking hardware.
