5-inch cone paint strainer for 1-quart buckets

This TRIMACO cone paint strainer fits 1-quart paint buckets and filters paints and stains through a 125-micron nylon mesh. The white cone shape sits inside the bucket opening to catch debris before application. Each unit measures 5 inches long, 9 inches wide and 1/16 inch high with an 18-inch outside diameter.

Bulk pack of 1000 strainers

The package contains 1000 individual cone strainers, supplying high-volume users such as automotive refinishing shops or professional painting contractors. Having a large quantity on hand reduces reorder frequency and keeps production lines moving without interruption. Model 11109 identifies this specific bulk configuration.

Handles 1-quart batches.

The strainer is designed for 1-quart bucket capacity and an 18-inch diameter opening, so it comfortably filters single-quart batches of paint or stain. It will not fit larger pails or drums, and the 125-micron mesh may not capture ultra-fine particles required for specialised coatings. Buyers needing higher-volume filtration or finer mesh should seek alternative products.

Questions about this item

How many strainers are included in the 11109 pack and are they reusable?

The pack contains 1000 cone strainers. They are designed for single use and should be discarded after each paint job.

What is the finest particle size the 125 micron nylon mesh will catch during a long spray session?

The 125 micron mesh traps particles larger than 125 microns, preventing clogs in spray tips and ensuring smooth finish.

Will the white nylon mesh soften or deform if left in a solvent-based paint bucket all day?

The nylon mesh resists common paint solvents and holds its cone shape throughout a full day of use.
