Polycarbonate Wall Mount Box

The TerraWave V12106-L-O-NH is a NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure built for indoor or outdoor wall mounting. It protects access points and wiring from corrosion, dust, rain, extreme temperatures and unauthorised access. The solid door conceals internal controls while the lightweight construction simplifies installation.

Sustained Environmental Protection

The polycarbonate body resists continuous exposure to corrosive atmospheres, driven rain and temperature extremes without degrading. Its NEMA 4X rating ensures the sealed interior remains free of dust and water ingress over long periods. The material maintains structural integrity where metal enclosures might corrode or heavier alternatives stress mounting points.

NEMA 4X Rating Decides Fit

This single rating confirms the box is suitable for harsh wash-down or outdoor environments where lesser enclosures would fail. Buyers needing only basic indoor dust protection will find the rating excessive for their requirement. The solid opaque door also prevents visual inspection of internal status indicators without opening the enclosure.

Questions about this item

Does the polycarbonate enclosure stay cool when mounted in full sun all day?

The NEMA 4X polycarbonate box is rated for extreme temperatures and resists heat buildup, so the 12" x 10" x 6" enclosure protects internal gear during continuous outdoor exposure.

What mounting hardware do I need to install this wall-mount box?

The V12106-L-O-NH is designed for wall mounting; you supply the lag bolts or anchors that suit your wall material, then secure the box through its integral mounting flanges.

Will my existing 12106-series accessories fit inside this 6-inch-deep enclosure?

The interior depth is 6 inches, so any legacy 12106 accessories that fit within a 12 x 10 x 6 inch volume will install without modification.
