SF-Series Quick-Detachable Bushing

The SF1316 is a quick-detachable iron bushing designed for power-transmission assemblies. It accepts a 1-3/16 inch bore and uses a 3/4 inch per foot taper to lock onto the shaft without a keyway. Maintenance teams and machine builders use it to mount sheaves, sprockets or pulleys in industrial drive systems. The bushing ships new and includes the required cap screws.

Iron Construction With Standard Bolt Pattern

The iron body provides the rigidity needed for high-torque applications while the SAE Grade 5 cap screws fasten on a 3.875 inch bolt circle. Three-eighths inch by two inch bolts secure the bushing to the mating hub, allowing installation and removal with ordinary hand tools.
