Its split-flange construction and three included cap screws allow rapid installation and removal without heating or hammering, reducing downtime during maintenance or ratio changes on conveyors, fans and industrial drives.

Upgrading from Set-Screw or Press-Fit Hubs

This bushing replaces traditional set-screw or interference-fit hubs when frequent re-boring or quick shaft changes are needed. The 3/4 inch per foot taper and SAE Grade 5 hardware deliver higher torque capacity and concentricity than single-set-screw designs, making the switch worthwhile on equipment that sees regular speed-ratio adjustments or operates in vibration-prone environments where set screws tend to loosen.

Verify Shaft and Hub Compatibility
