Exercise Ball Pump

The TAURKENAM push-and-pull hand pump inflates exercise balls, yoga balls, pilates balls and stability balls used for fitness training, workouts, stretching and home gym routines. It also works with basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls and footballs using the five included needles. The dual-stroke design moves air on both the push and pull for faster filling of large balls.

Manual Inflation Limits

As a hand-operated pump it relies on user effort, so inflating very large stability or pregnancy balls takes considerably more time and physical work than an electric compressor. The needle valves fit standard sports-ball openings but may not seal on specialised large-bore exercise-ball valves without an adapter. There is no pressure gauge, so exact firmness must be judged by feel.

Simple Setup

Insert the appropriate needle, secure it in the pump head and begin pumping; no tools or power source are required. The most common issue is an air leak at the needle-to-valve junction if the needle is not fully seated or the ball valve is worn. Over-inserting the needle can damage the internal bladder of thin-walled exercise balls.
