39-Tile Interlocking Foam System

This set contains 39 interlocking EVA foam tiles that form a protective floor surface for home gyms, playrooms or standing workstations. The puzzle-style edges lock together without tools and can be laid over any flat indoor floor in minutes. High-density foam cushions joints during light exercise, yoga or extended standing. The surface wipes clean with soap and water.

Indoor Flat-Surface Installation Only

Tiles must be placed on a level indoor substrate because the interlocking tabs rely on even support to stay connected. Moisture from concrete slabs or outdoor exposure can degrade the foam over time. Heavy rolling loads or sharp equipment legs may puncture the surface. The foam is not rated for vehicular traffic or permanent outdoor use.

39-Tile Coverage and Cushioning Limits

The 39 tiles provide a continuous padded area suited to bodyweight workouts, stretching routines and children's play. Firmness is designed for low-impact activities; repeated heavy drops or concentrated point loads will compress the foam beyond its recovery range. For power-lifting zones or commercial traffic a denser underlayment would be required.
