Metric Shaft Collar 20 mm Bore

This aluminium clamp collar fits a 20 mm round shaft and secures components in power-transmission assemblies. The one-piece design uses a single alloy-steel screw to provide axial holding force without marring the shaft surface. It suits maintenance, prototyping and light-duty motion control tasks.

Fits Standard 20 mm Shafts

The collar slides onto any 20 mm metric shaft and locks in place with the integral clamp screw, requiring no keyway or threaded bore. Its 40 mm outside diameter and 47.4 mm clearance diameter keep the profile compact inside brackets or pillow blocks. The 15 mm width leaves room for adjacent bearings or spacers.

Aluminium 2024 Construction

The 2024 alloy body balances low weight with adequate clamping strength for moderate torque loads. Aluminium resists corrosion in typical shop environments but is not suited to high-vibration or heavy-shock applications where steel collars would survive longer.
