Ricoh MP C2003 Multi-Function Printer & Scanner

This new Ricoh MP C2003 is a colour multi-function device that prints, copies and scans up to 11 x 17 inches. It delivers 20 pages per minute in both colour and black-and-white, making it suitable for small workgroups that need reliable daily output.

Capacity and headroom: monthly duty cycle

The 40,000-page monthly duty cycle provides headroom for regular office volumes and occasional peaks. Print resolution reaches 1200 x 1200 DPI while copy resolution is 600 x 600 DPI, so fine detail is reproduced well. Environments that consistently exceed the rated duty cycle or require higher-resolution copying will need a larger device.

Questions about this item

Can I keep using the 11 x 17 paper trays I already have with the Ricoh MP C2003?

Yes, the Ricoh MP C2003 supports 11 x 17 paper size, so your existing trays for that format will work with this device.

How do I verify the Ricoh MP C2003 is printing at the correct 1200 x 1200 DPI resolution after setup?

Print a test page or configuration report from the control panel; it lists the active print resolution so you can confirm 1200 x 1200 DPI is selected.
