DIN-rail DC supply for control panels

The PULS ML100.102 is a compact switching power supply that mounts on a standard DIN rail inside electrical cabinets. It accepts single-phase AC input from 100 to 120 V or 200 to 240 V at 50 to 60 Hz and delivers a regulated 12 to 15 V DC output rated at 90 W and 7.5 A. The plastic enclosure measures 75 mm high, 72.5 mm wide and 103 mm deep with an IP20 rating. A green LED provides a quick visual status indication.

Built-in protections and hold-up time

The unit includes high-efficiency circuitry designed for long operational lifetime across an operating range of -10 °C to 70 °C. Output ripple and noise is specified at 50 mV, and a hold-up time of 41 ms helps bridge brief mains interruptions without dropping the load. No external accessories or software bundles are supplied; the supply is intended to be wired directly into the panel.

Headroom for typical automation loads

At 90 W the supply comfortably runs small PLCs, sensor arrays, valve banks and communication modules that draw up to 7.5 A at 12 V or 6 A at 15 V. It is not suited for larger motor drives, heating elements or multiple high-current actuators that would exceed the rated power or current limits. Builders needing higher wattage or redundant outputs should select a larger unit.
